Slow Flow to Yin Description
WHAT TO EXPECT: This class merges the best of two worlds. Beginning with an inviting slower paced vinyasa flow class, students will delve into accessible/foundational postures with a focus on strength, stability, and postural integrity. The latter half of the class, will slow down further to long passive holds designed to increase flexibility by lengthening deep connective tissues.
WHAT IT’S ABOUT: Explore the journey from fluidity and linking breath to movement to quieting the mind to reduce stress and promote relaxation. This combination is a wonderful complement to more dynamic styles of yoga, athletics, and daily stress on the body.
