The first part of class will overview the principles of Ayurveda & the second part will be hands-on as students design their own personal tincture & tea blend specific to their doshic needs

This workshop will provide you with tools to better support your mental health & digestive immunity as we continue through the winter months.
Marina Zahran, BS, AHC, AHP, RYT200 is a NAMA certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Health Practitioner (in-progress), and RYT500 (in-progress) based in Columbus, OH.
